I started Picaro Studio with a single conviction: the businesses we build for should own their software the way they own property. When you build on a platform, you're a tenant. The landlord can raise the price, change the rules, or close the doors on a Tuesday afternoon — and your business is at the mercy of someone else's decision.
What we build is different. It's not a shared tool. There's no backend you don't control. There's no third-party with a backdoor into your data. What we hand over is yours — source code, infrastructure, credentials, documentation. All of it.

How we build
When we're done, the software is yours. Full source code, architecture docs, deployment credentials. You can hand it to any engineer in the world and they can maintain it. No lock-in, no shared backend access — ever.
We design data models before we write application code. The database schema is the contract. Everything else is implementation detail.
Security isn't a layer added after launch. Static compilation, edge execution, and prepared statements eliminate entire categories of risk by design.
Every system we deploy ships with observability: request timing, error rates, event logs, and health dashboards. You always know what your system is doing.
